Because each order is carefully prepared just for you, all sales are final. We’re not able to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
That said, if something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us at info@sereneirene.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to make it right.
